People study at different times of the day because of their different
lifestyles. Figuring out which time of the day works best for you will create a
foundation for your new study skills. You can use that in your review in the PTE review center. From there, you can make
a plan that will result to a higher productivity and higher scores in your PTE
tests.
STUDYING IN THE MORNING
Did you know that studying first thing in the morning is a great
time to review? According to research by Dr. Burrus and Dr. Graham of UNC, most
people who focus better in the mornings have higher productivity levels than
those who study at night. Here are a few advantages of studying in the morning.
·
You can study with natural light.
·
You are more energetic.
·
You’re going along with the standard pace of society.
·
You can study with your friends.
If your are not used to waking up early in the morning, or your
work or study schedule can’t accommodate a morning review routine, then don’t
force it. It will not be productive if you are not really into it. Just like
JRooz’s flexible PTE
review packages,
your review schedule can be adjusted as well to suit your needs.
STUDYING AT NIGHT
If you think you are better studying at night, then you might
want to take a look at the following benefits. Known as “night owls,” people who study at night are at
the peak of their intellectual productivity when the sun is down. Below are
some benefits of studying at night for night owls.
·
You can study in a peaceful and quiet environment.
·
There are fewer distractions that you may encounter.
·
You are more relaxed and reflective.
·
Your mind tends to think more “outside the box” ideas.
What’s the best time to study? Ironically, there is no such as
thing as “best time to study” as everything depends on your lifestyle,
biological clock, and overall study habit. Study when you feel you are most
alert and retentive not because society tells you to.
